Bob Airasian

Director

Bob Airasian is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker working in residential sales for the franchise Realty Executives in Watertown. He assists buyers and sellers thru the sale or purchase of residential real estate in the Greater Boston area. Bob is a past President of the Watertown-Belmont Chamber of Commerce (2011-2013) and is currently a Trustee at Watertown Savings Bank. He is a 1998 graduate of Boston College with a B.S. in finance from the Carroll School of Management.

Emily Barclay

A long time resident of Watertown, Emily has over 20 years of experience in human resources and formerly served as Vice President of Human Resources at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She currently works for the executive search firm Isaacson, Miller, where she supports search teams in the evaluation of candidates for leadership roles in mission driven organizations including universities, foundations, cultural institutions, and academic medical centers.

Andrew Bundy is the co-founder of Community Matters, a firm that strengthens the capacity of nonprofit organizations and government agencies to ensure the success of children, youth, and families. A former social worker and childcare worker, Andrew writes about school improvement, youth development, and organizational change.

Eleanor Donato

Director

Eleanor Sullivan Donato is a life long Watertown resident and a Social Studies Teacher at the Watertown Middle School. She also serves as the Community Service Coordinator at the middle school. She chairs the Lt. Paul Sullivan Scholarship Committee and is involved in many community groups. Mother of five, grandmother of five, she has long been involved in the schools, the community and at St. Luke’s Parish in Belmont.

Bill Ford is an Audit Manager for G.T. Reilly & Company in Milton. Bill has over 25 years experience auditing and consulting for privately held companies and not-for-profit organizations. He is the former President of the Watertown Gridiron Club and the former treasurer of the Watertown-Belmont Chamber of Commerce

Eliza Petrow

Director

Born and raised in Watertown, Eliza Petrow works in philanthropic, non-profit and educational consulting. She is the Founder and CEO of Bolster, a consulting firm that advises Chinese coming to New England for education. She also serves as a Senior Advisor to the JC Flowers Foundation in NY as well as to Boston-based World Education. Eliza founded and continues to lead PATS, a non-profit in China that supports HIV-positive children living in rural China.

Lora Sabin

Director

Lora Sabin is on the faculty of the School of Public Health and the Center for Global Health and Development at Boston University. She teaches graduate students and conducts applied research on HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment, malaria, and child survival in low-resource settings in Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. She is a former Board member of the Watertown Children’s Theatre and Watertown Youth Soccer.

Thea Sahr

Co-Vice President

Thea Sahr has 25 years of experience producing national education outreach initiatives and messaging campaigns at such organizations as the Museum of Science, WGBH, and now the National Engineers Week Foundation. Thea is a successful team leader and creator of evergreen resources that teach science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) concepts. A particular focus of Ms. Sahr’s work is dispelling stereotypes about engineering and science, and encouraging girls and minorities to pursue STEM education and careers.

Bob Shay is the former Director of Electronic Banking at BayBank and Bank of Boston.  He is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of First Parish Church of Watertown, a member of the Executive Committee America SCORES Boston, and serves on the boards of the Marshall Home Foundation and the Woodson Foundation.  He is a former member of the board of the Arsenal Center for the Arts, and past Chairman of the Watertown School Committee, America SCORES New England, and the Parish Committee of First Parish Church.

David Siegel is a Professor of Law at New England Law | Boston, where he teaches criminal justice-related courses and co-directs the Center for Law and Social Responsibility, which develops opportunities for public interest legal work by students and faculty. He was a member of the Watertown Charter Review Commission, and co-chaired the Hosmer and Middle School Site Councils.

She has over 15 years of experience providing advisory services to financial services organizations, and was previously a Sr. Manager in Deloitte & Touche’s Capital Markets Technology Services practice.

Michael Ward is Director of Municipal Services at the Collins Center for Public Management at UMass Boston, where he consults to municipal governments on organizational and operational issues, researches policy issues related to local government in Massachusetts, and manages the Massachusetts Municipal Performance Management Program.

Director

Katie White is a Foundation Relations Officer at Boston Children’s Hospital Trust, where she works in grant fundraising for the hospital. She has worked in fundraising within the environmental advocacy and health care non-profit sector since 2008, with previous positions at Defenders of Wildlife in Washington, DC and Conservation Law Foundation in Boston.
